In our projects, we aim to go beyond the given brief and commission to create a positive social and economic impact in the larger contexts where they are situated.
We recognize the ecological impact that buildings and construction have on the natural environment and actively work to minimize it.
To achieve this, we carefully select materials, reduce costly changes and material waste through Building Information Modelling (BIM), and prioritize self-sufficiency in energy, waste, and water management.
We Are
A multi-disciplinary design practice based in Trichy. Since 1987, we have continued to create shared journeys with our clients in realising their aspirations.
Our work aims to add lasting value to our clients, to the larger built environment and to the social and cultural contexts in which each project is realised.
Our work spans a wide range of scales and types—from interiors and residences to institutions, public spaces, master planning, and urban transformation projects. Our focus on creating value for clients and other stakeholders often leads us to take on unconventional yet meaningful project types.

Our Approach
We believe good design responds sensitively to both the client’s needs and to the site’s context. We engage in methods and processes that ensure the final built form is a thoughtful and effective response to both.
Design, for us, is a collaborative process. Accordingly, we keep our methods diverse and flexible—from hand sketches and physical models to simulations in digital twins through Building Information Modelling (BIM). This allows us to communicate clearly, make informed decisions early, and reduce waste through better coordination.
