The project is located in a linear plot in a dense neighbourhood between Thillainagar and Thennur, in Trichy. The linear plot is maintained. All the public functions such as the living room, dining, and the kitchen are placed in the front and the bedrooms at the back. Each of the two houses are about 3,000 sq.ft. with four bedrooms. The penthouse is a about 300 sq.ft. with a lounge and a small bedroom for the client or his guests.
